ABOUT US
The overturning of Roe vs. Wade occurred because we did not pay enough attention to how the religious-right influences all levels of government, including the judicial branch. We founded this grassroots organization in response to Roe vs. Wade being overturned. At this point, we are focused on restoring complete reproductive rights.
We are the only organization in the United States of America that seeks to sever the influence of religion on government by (1) legal means and (2) by funding candidates that support the first amendment right of separation of Church and State.
We are a 503(c)4 organization non-profit organization.

WHO WE ARE
We are a group of concerned citizens that established Focus Liberty in response to Roe Vs. Wade being overturned. We are tired of the religious right controlling the political landscape. The First Amendment provides that“Congress make no law respecting an establishment of religion or prohibiting its free exercise.” We strongly support the freedom of people to worship however they wish, or not worship at all. However, the separation of church and state is vital for our country. Without this separation, we are no different from countries like Iran or regimes like the Taliban.
WHAT WE DO
In short, we defend the first amendment, which, solidifies the importance of the separation of church and state. We sponsor candidates that vigorously support this principle, we use legal means to enforce the first amendment and we advocate for the protection of the separation of church and state.
HOW WE ARE ORGANIZED
We are organized as a 503(c)4 corporation which is a nonprofit corporation that is able to support political candidates. This is important since we need to convey to our elected officials that we will not tolerate the current deep-seated system where certain religious groups are controlling our country. As a nonprofit corporation, we do not need to pay federal income taxes. However, donations made to our origination are not tax-deductible.
